Cat-cow
Move your back gently between rounded and lengthened positions.
How to do it
- Begin on hands and knees with your weight evenly supported.
- Round your back slowly as your head follows the movement.
- Reverse gently, staying within a comfortable range.
Form check
Avoid forcing your neck upward or pushing into pain.
Make it easier
Try a seated version with hands resting on your thighs.
Move within a comfortable range and keep breathing. Stop if a movement causes pain or you feel unwell. Ask a qualified trainer for help with unfamiliar equipment.
